Manager, Urology Commercial Enablement
 

About the Role:
                                                                             

At Boston Scientific, the Commercial Enablement Manager for the Urology division will lead a field sales business analyst team supporting the commercial organization through business strategy, team development and managing projects that are essential for sales force productivity through process optimization, performance analytics and employing appropriate technologies.

 

Boston Scientific’s Urology division is dedicated to transforming the lives of patients by advancing the diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of gastrointestinal and pulmonary conditions with innovative, minimally invasive devices. The Commercial Enablement Manager plays an integral part in the success of the commercial organization. You will be responsible for executing long-term sales strategy by delivering exceptional leadership and guidance.

 

Your Responsibilities Include:
 

  • Lead a team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team to launch new products and services.
  • Execute process improvement initiatives to maximize resource utilization and output of the operations function.
  • Manage a diverse set of key projects across the commercial team.
  • Play a leading role in shaping, deploying, and supporting commercial technologies like Sales Force and Tableau for the commercial team.
  • Deliver insightful and timely sales performance metrics based on the current needs of the business.
  • Identify new technologies and future trends to be used in guiding business and meeting longer term strategic imperatives.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ people leadership experience
  • Proven experience developing a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated success in a commercial organization support role.
  • Vision and leadership skills required to drive change across commercial sales organization.
  • Superior program management, organization, and process skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Significant experience with advanced analytics
  • Expert level technology skills across the MS Office suite, Tableau Analytics, Salesforce.com
  • Commercial finance work experience within the healthcare/medical device.
  • Ability to travel 10-25%. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Urology business
  • Marketing Operations experience
  • Sales experience.
  • Manager experience
