 Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Business Strategy & Execution Director, the core objective of this role will be to manage master data in such a way to drive its accuracy, reliability and sustainability. The role will involve creating and harmonizing business processes and developing governance models to drive continuous improvements to master data across the organization. The role will need partnership with the business, collaborating to identify and promote best practice, prioritization of requirements, implementation and execution. The role is also responsible for the management and development of business solutions that drive accuracy, efficiency and automation in business process.

 Your Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the development and execution of Master Data strategy for US
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Salesforce, Customer Care and other cross functional teams to establish and implement governance, standardize process, procedures and manage execution of these in a timely manner.
  • Partner with technical teams to drive accuracy and master data sources back to SAP and other source systems wherever possible.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP, Master Data capabilities and hierarchical structures.
  • Work on standardization of processes and continuous improvements to drive data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams on prioritizing technical solutions and improvements understanding implementation plans to resolve and improve.
  • Influence the organization to prioritize and execute tactical clean-ups where necessary
  • Understand and develop reporting and governance tools
  • Strong working knowledge of master data, hierarchical structures
  • Provide direction and management over data specialists(s)
  • Analyze, synthesize and communicate data and issues into business language, meaningful and insightful messaging and plans. 
  • Strong connectivity, communication and stakeholder management with the business with a two-way understanding of situations and plans.
  • Project Management and implementation: Develop project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and leads cross-functional project team comprised of project managers; functional experts and business leads; Manages team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables; Provides updates and recommendations to senior management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings.

 What we are looking for in you: 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledgeable in SQL servers
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Precise, methodical and respectful of procedures
  • Analytical, problem solving & insight generation skills
  • Strong communication skills with employees at all levels including ability to translate distinct terminology differences between and for technical and business teams
  • Strong relationship building skills and interfacing with stakeholders 
  • Ability to work with virtual teams


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean & continuous improvement methodologies
  • Six sigma and business process optimization
  • Informatica solution experience
  • Sales Cloud/Salesforce experience
  • Tableau/Global Sales Reporting experience
