Program Manager 


About the role:
Partner with global teams and leaders to manage enterprise-wide programs and drive operational transformation across End-to-End processes to enable growth and achieve BSC’s strategic goals 


Your responsibilities include: 

  • Assess, recommend, and manage End-to-End improvement programs with global, cross-divisional teams to drive improved performance in Account to Report (ATR), Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), etc. 
  • Distill complex information and data sets into easily understandable visuals
  • Support problem solving and resolution to roadblocks
  • Work cross-culturally, motivating teams in the development and adoption of global solutions in difficult scenarios
  • Promote, identify, and support opportunities to engage technology, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Process Mining throughout the enterprise.
  • Influence best practices and adoption of improvement ideas, activities, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with teams to inspire, drive, and support Value Improvement/ Continuous Improvement to deliver business outcomes
  • Facilitate kaizen events and other workshops to target key enterprise improvements 
  • Coach and mentor teams to apply design thinking methodology to develop solutions for process improvement opportunities. 
  • Provide change management coaching and application
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and refine global best practices as documented in Essentials Guidebooks, global websites, methodologies, and toolkits 
  • Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
  • Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.


What we’re looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • MBA preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • 5+ years of Process Improvement / Lean related experience
  • Proven results applying lean in enterprise-wide and transactional environments
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial/consultant mindset
  • Ability to build enthusiasm for change
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Travel requirements up to 20%
