About this role: 
The Franchise Sales Training Manager, working within the sales training manager team for Urology (URO) will create, manage, and deliver meaningful sales training and professional development programs to Boston Scientific Corporate Accounts employees and internal customers. The Manager is responsible for maintaining consistent communication, logistical implementation, tracking and compliance, and reporting of all training and professional development programs for all URO employees. 
 

  • What we're looking for in you:
    • Coordinate project plans for various training programs and events, including all communications, scheduling, reporting, and survey creation. 
    • Manage communications and collaboration between the URO L&D Team, URO employees and leaders, divisional teams, and vendors.
    • Manage URO training communications tools, including quarterly team updates and success stories.
    • Forge relationships with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams to ensure that training programs are consistently implemented, communicated, and evaluated.
    • Participate in multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups. 
    • Manage and maintain the URO franchise training materials and models.
    • Manage training and onboarding plans for each franchise to ensure effective and efficient development and support for onboarding employees.
    • Assist in training and facilitating new employees on onboarding processes and requirements.
    • Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing training and professional development programs for semi-annual sales meetings.
    • Assist in the development and communication of business and training objectives to leadership.
    • Develop, communicate, and analyze post course survey results to provide continuous improvement to program structure and facilitation.
    • Assist in managing vendor relationships and reimbursement policies. 

 

  • Required Qualifications: 
    • At least 5 years of applied business experience. 
    • Foundational knowledge of adult learning theory and practices.
    • Proficient knowledge of ZOOM, Teams, and MS Office Suite applications.
    • Familiar with Adobe Prime.
    • Excellent written and verbal commination skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep big projects on track. 
    • Demonstrated problem solving and collaboration skills. 
    • Work independently and ability to influence without authority to work as a team. 
    • Ability to interact with various levels of leadership and stakeholders.  
    • Ability to travel domestically 40% . 

 

  • Preferred Qualifications: 
    • BA/BS degree.
    • Intermediate experience with Adobe Prime .
