About the role:
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to lead the strategy, development, and execution of procedural education programs for the Endobariatric franchises. This role is responsible for helping to design end-to-end learning journeys that support physician confidence, procedural competency, and sustained adoption. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in sales, marketing, healthcare education strategy, adult learning principles, and cross-functional collaboration.
This position will serve as a central partner to Marketing, Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, and external physician experts to deliver innovative, evidence-based training programs. Your work will directly support market development, and clinical adoption of endobariatric procedures for patients living with obesity.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design and execution of procedural education strategies aligned with product launches, market growth opportunities, and clinical learning needs.
- Define content mix and delivery channels (in-person, digital, immersive) based on adult learning best practices and clinical complexity.
- Serve as a lead facilitator and emcee for assigned HCP training events and procedural education courses.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Market Development, Product Management, Sales Training, and Regional Sales to ensure education programs are clinically relevant, strategically aligned, and operationally executable.
- Collaborate with global counterparts and internal Centers of Excellence (EDUCARE, IMC, etc.) to adapt and scale training content while maintaining brand and educational integrity.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs and procedural experts to validate curriculum and extend reach.
- Drive field execution by enabling local teams and supporting customer engagement through direct observation and feedback.
- Apply creative, data-driven approaches to eliminate barriers to learning and procedural adoption.
- Leverage emerging technologies (e.g., Virtual Reality, Remote Support Tools, EDUCARE platform) to enhance learner experience and increase scalability.
- Track program performance through metrics, field insights, and outcome analysis; implement action plans based on results.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business discipline or relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional sales and/or marketing experience; with at least 5yrs in healthcare/medical device industry.
- Willing to travel 75%
- Field, sales, marketing or similar training experience where adult education principles are well understood and observed.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Demonstrated success is owning and executing cross-functional programs in complex, matrixed environments.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants.
- Able to build and maintain strong customer & internal relationships
- Comfort with technical content and translating complex procedures/programs into effective learning pathways.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution and stakeholder alignment.
