About the Role

The Market Development Team is a U.S. field-based marketing organization committed to developing and/or executing the strategic initiatives of the Urology and Pelvic Health Division through a variety of activities, including focused engagement of the top Physicians within Academic Medical Centers. The position serves as a field-based Marketing representative responsible for executing the Uro-PH division’s strategy for physician engagement and market development objectives in the Academic Medical Center customer segment. Market Development Managers (MDM’s) collaborate with cross-functional teams on upstream and downstream marketing objectives. In executing the division’s strategy, a field-based MDM is responsible for focused physician engagement in his/her franchise, strategic technology commercialization, market expansion efforts, upstream product development support and the creation and/or execution of key projects. This allows Urology and Pelvic Health to have consistent access to these Thought Leaders for product development, research, education / training programs, and market intelligence.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Field-based Marketing representative responsible for the market development of a novel new technology (Cytuity) in the Gynecology market

·         Responsible for KOL identification and mapping

·         Develop Centers of Excellence for training, technology, development, and research.

·         Develop strategic relationships with Physicians, primarily in Academic Medical Centers

·         New technology commercialization (Upstream and Downstream Activities).

·         Develop and execute customer Market Development programs

·         Develop and manage training, and research projects with key physicians

·         Explore and validate potential new call-points

·         Actively participate on Franchise team during product development process for key technologies

 

What we’re looking for

·         Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

·         Minimum of seven (10) years’ experience in medical device industry with minimally invasive surgery companies

·         Extensive Customer Facing Experience necessary;   Customer Facing experience with  Gyn Surgeons, GynOnc’s, MIGS, REI’s preferred

·         Sales and or marketing management experience preferred

·         Marketing experience preferred

·         Academic Medical Center and Key Opinion Leader management experience preferred

·         GynSurg  and Intrauterine market knowledge preferred

·         Experience managing and collaborating with cross functional partners preferred

·         Documented KOL Development preferred

·         70% US domestic travel commitment and candidate must reside in the US
