About the role:
The Enterprise Marketing Analytics Group is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to oversee the team responsible for data collection, maintenance, and surrounding technologies for Boston Scientific’s marketing organization. This is a new role overseeing a staff of four. You’ll lead a team of data engineers and web analytics specialists as you develop and implement a roadmap for the analytics infrastructure. Your deep understanding of digital marketing, data engineering, data hygiene, and the technology ecosystem required to support these activities will help us succeed.
 
Your responsibilities include:

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, Marketing, and external vendors are ensure a solid marketing data ecosystem that helps meet our advanced marketing goals.
•Outline a roadmap for the rollout of Google Analytics v4, and Server-side tagging.
•In collaboration with IT and Privacy/Legal, and Marketing Stakeholders, develop a roadmap for the next evolution of our marketing analytics tech stack.
•Establish documentation and best in class security procedures.
•Oversee the review and implementation of new marketing technologies to ensure analytics requirements are met and data is capture into our ecosystem.
•Drive enhancements to our Agile Scrum work process.
•Oversee data pipelines to ensure data is captured and processed accurately and on time.
•Develop SLA’s and improve turn-around time for all ad-hoc requests into the team.
•Proactively consult with marketing teams to ensure data collection and pipelines are in place for all required technologies and programs.
•Ensure owned systems comply with all compliance and data governance requirements.
 
What we're looking for:
 Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, data science, mathematics, engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
•2+ years of management experience, growing and coaching a high performing team.
•Experience building foundational data systems that can scale across an organization. 
•Demonstrated collaborative skills working with diverse business stakeholders and external vendors.
•Experience with in an Agile Scrum.
•Deep knowledge of digital marketing.
•5+ years’ experience in data engineering or related roles.
•Expertise with Google Cloud Platform and AWS, including Google BigQuery, Redshift, Google Analytics, Sagemaker, Glue, and related technologies.
•Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.
•Experience with industry marketing data and APIs, e.g. Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Zoom, Cvent, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
•Healthcare industry experience is a plus
