About the role:

The Clinical Integration Project Analyst is responsible for support, execution, implementation, and reporting of global clinical trial acquisition integrations programs.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and execute project plans for implementation of clinical trial acquisition integrations.
  • Scope, plan, and execute projects that support the development or enhancement of clinical trial acquisition integrations program initiatives that may cross multiple regions, business units, and/or functions with minimal supervision.
  • Work closely with the Integration Services Manager to define and document project goals, milestones and deliverables.
  • Create project plans, execute all aspects of the work consistent with the project plan and oversee completion of work consistent with the project plan.
  • Contribute to presentations of project/program status, analysis results and/or recommendations to Management and internal counterparts across all levels of the organization, as needed.
  • Apply critical thinking and analysis by gathering information, performing research and benchmarking and by applying expert knowledge to address difficult problems
  • Proactively manage potential issues or risks to project by gathering information from a variety of sources and applying expert knowledge to propose solutions or mitigation plans.
  • Identify and propose solutions to improve department processes and operations by analyzing current practices, corporate strategy, and industry standards.
  • Support development of operating policies and procedures that may have a company-wide effect on clinical integration related processes.
  • Establish and maintain metrics and reporting to reflect effectiveness of global clinical trial acquisition integrations programs
  • Engage in professional development to maintain a strong knowledge of Boston Scientific’s compliance risks  

 

What we’re looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ plus years of experience in life science industry or related internal / external experience
  • Project management skills with the ability to scope, plan and oversee execution of cross-functional projects
  • Clinical trial experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, Project Management certifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills    
  • Ability to organize, execute and manage multiple priorities 
  • Experience presenting to management level
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Possess a high energy level and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic environment that strives to exceed expectations
  • Cultivates a wide range of business relationships across the company, and with external partners
