About the Role:

The Principal Financial Analyst’s primary responsibilities will be to support the forecast and planning processes within the FCPR platform of Oracle/Hyperion applications.  The Principal Financial Analyst is responsible for intake of change requests, prioritization, project leadership, and business process knowledge to optimize implemented system changes.  Additionally, the individual is key to issue resolution and monitoring of the forecast process & business support needed including application training and support.  
Your responsibilities include:
⦁    Coordinating with the Corporate FP&A, and IT FCPR teams to ensure systems are ready/available to support the quarterly forecast, annual operating plan, and strategic plan cycles
⦁    Scheduling of technical resources to accomplish calendar commitments
⦁    Closely monitoring systems to ensure data quality/accuracy within and across all applications
⦁    Key point of contact for issue identification and research; work closely with IT FCPR team to identify best resolution
⦁    Initial intake assessment of impact and costing of enhancements/change requests
⦁    Prioritization of approved enhancement/change requests
⦁    Perform testing, and facilitate successful implementation of enhancements/change requests
⦁    Evaluate operational and financial systems and procedures; develop and recommend new or revised methods and process improvements
⦁    Coordination with other FPS team members for engagement when needed
⦁    Active participation in major corporate projects/initiatives as needed
What we’re looking for:
Basic Qualifications:

⦁    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA preferred.
⦁    7+ years’ relevant experience
⦁    Strong financial analysis, project management, communication and prioritization skills
⦁    Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with strong service orientation
⦁    Strong attention to detail and data quality
⦁    Ability to multi-task, set priorities and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced organization
⦁    Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
⦁    Team orientated
