Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital/marketing communications role.
     

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in developing SharePoint content 
  • Proficiency in content development in MS Office and Adobe
  • Experience working with development in MS Outlook and its connectivity to other software programs.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads, quickly transition between projects, and adapt to unanticipated issues that arise with grace and agility to ensure positive customer experience
  • Ability to develop a network of internal stakeholders that support the vision and execution of the content being created. 
  • Ability to be creative and solutions oriented to continuously evolve the content being offered.

 

About the job
In this role, you will join the Innovations Center team within Boston Scientific Corporation to develop content for the Marlborough Innovations Center (MIC) and all Innovations Center Programs.

 

The MIC and its programs host Healthcare Providers and Healthcare Administrators from all over the globe to discover the value of partnering with Boston Scientific. As the Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible to oversee the development and implementation of content that will support the center and its programs. The role of a Process Improvement Analyst is to leverage multiple content creation and content management platforms to build, house and share what is needed to create programs that further those goals for engagements that will enhance the partnership between BSC and the external customer. 

 

The Process Improvement Analyst will be required to work with MIC Manager and Strategic Programs Managers to understand the content needs for in person and virtual engagements related to the total customer journey. They will be responsible for transforming that vision into a variety of outputs that allow for event management, event execution and event follow up. This will require the ability to know what content creation and content management platforms are best suited for each individual resource.
 

Responsibilities

  • Development, implementation, and management of web-based content for the Marlborough Innovations Center, including but not limited to SharePoint and DOTCOM resources.
  • Development of digital assets such as email templates, pre/post engagement letters, briefing templates, and in take forms.
  • Creation and management of facilitator/discussion leader presentation decks.
  • Development of the MIC newsletter and the respective Innovations Center Program newsletters.
  • Managing the relationship between corporate branding and the respective divisional marketing communications teams to ensure that all created content is up to standards.
