About your role:
Boston Scientific Endoscopy seeks a Product Manager, E-Commerce to develop an e-commerce platform to facilitate order processing, strengthen customer relationships and increase overall customer loyalty.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Site commercialization, downstream product management, refinement and expansion
•Execute the full launch of the e-commerce platform with close collaboration with sales leadership, sales training and marketing.
•Adjust product direction based on data, customer feedback, and business stakeholder feedback
•Understand and support upcoming product launches so they are effectively integrated into the e-commerce site.
•Understand pricing structure and how to continually update and reflect in the e-commerce platform
•Partner with internal teams to manage promotions, product mix, and presentation to drive improve consumer awareness, engagement and grow sales
•Define, measure, and monitor Key Performance Indicators, such as site traffic, new account creations and competitive conversions, engagement, and retention. Drive and execute initiatives to improve KPIs. Monitor ROI, create internal dashboards, and deliver short- and long-term insights.
•Manage the backlog and continually de-risk the product direction
•Model/forecast growth and upcoming improvement needs 
•Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and meaningful communication
•Monitor developing ecommerce technology trends and competitive landscape to spark ideas for improvement

Upstream product management, commercialization strategy
•Serve as a Product Manager in a balanced team who establishes and owns the strategic vision for a enhancements for Boston Scientific Endoscopy e-commerce site. 
•Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
•Work with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across functions and senior leadership.
•Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and deliver a customer-centric shopping experience to drive loyalty and retention. Represent the voice of the customer and the voice of the sales representative.  
•Develop the business case for customer needs, communicate the need for the functionality to the COE, maintain division backlog, validate product features and design
•Evolve our market spec document to capture emerging customer needs.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (including sales, finance, digital marketing, marketing communications, and product marketing) and external vendors, to assure agile decision making and on-time project execution.
•Own the commercialization strategy in partnership with cross-functional team and sales leadership. Work seamlessly with sales team to determine pilot accounts, track pilot success, and execute initial launch.
•Obtain real-time customer and field sales feedback on user experience, performance, and unmet needs with the ecommerce platform and rapidly communicate and prioritize these needs with the development team. 
•Communicate product updates back to business stakeholders through frequent communications such as weekly demo

Minimum Qualifications:

•Expert level understanding of e-commerce platforms ( Or SAP strongly preferred) with extensive knowledge of best practices and strategies – from upstream/design to execution.
•5 years+ experience in e-commerce management/marketing management. Medical device or medical supplies industry experience a plus
•Experience working in an agile team
•Forward thinking, establishing an innovative and creative e-commerce marketing culture that is customer-centric and not risk-averse
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management 
•Strong communicator, especially with sales teams
•Demonstrated experience communicating with and success influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization 
•Demonstrated experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team 
•Demonstrated experience with product management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies. 
•Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self- starter, and be able to work independently
•Ability to travel as needed, to customer sites (up to 50% during pilot phase)
•Passionate about e-commerce and informed of key trends, and innovations in the industry
•Strong business acumen and collaborative skills to liaise with cross functional teams and other divisions
