About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager I to join our Prostate Health team. In this role, you will be integral to our marketing efforts for our Prostate Health portfolio, focusing on Prostate Cancer and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). You will support and execute commercial strategies based on market insights, competitive analysis, and clinical trends. This position requires strong analytical abilities and execution skills, as well as proficiency in product lifecycle management, commercialization, forecasting, and franchise management. You will lead or support downstream marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in our prostate health solutions.

 

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Urology Product Management Team, contributing to high-impact projects and sharing best practices. Success in this role requires effective collaboration, particularly with the Sales team, and an ability to build strong relationships with key physician partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing solutions, programs, and tools that add value for sales and regional teams.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and lead response planning to address market challenges.
  • Gain expertise in clinical literature and collaborate with Clinical Sciences and Health Economics on evidence-based marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, creating strategies to increase product adoption.
  • Engage with global markets to gather insights, build relationships with key physicians, and support business initiatives.
  • Partner with Digital and Social Marketing teams to create digital communication and engagement strategies for healthcare providers.
  • Build credibility and strengthen global relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify areas for future product development within the Prostate Health market.
  • Support domestic and international product launches to expand the reach of prostate health therapies.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales programs for assigned products to drive growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on prostate health products, surgical practices, and the broader market.
  • Build connections with key physicians and stakeholders to support strategic growth.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals effectively.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience managing clinically-oriented products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build productive relationships with customers and cross-functional partners (required).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-35% (required).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Medical device experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing plans, positioning, and value propositions.
