Project Mgmt. Specialist III 

 

About the role:  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Mgmt. Specialist III to join the Endo PMO Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Endoscopy PMO organization in utilizing tools and solutions to handle day-to-day run the business activities, which includes financial support, project support, data analytics and process improvement initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to analyze existing processes and propose new capabilities to enhance operational efficiency. 

 

Your responsibilities include:  

  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. 
  • Support Finance on processes such as Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, Cost Center Mapping, and monthly spending.  
  • Build and maintain quarterly forecasting tools, and variable & headcount planning templates. 
  • Maintain time reporting compliance report. 
  • Support the creation and closure of project codes. 
  • Understand databases and data collection systems to collaborate with developers regarding database issues and functionality. 
  • Work with Endo stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes. 
  • Leading projects to meet Endo PMO Ops objectives. 
  • End User Support & troubleshooting for Endo PMO Ops platforms.  
  • Maintain and update the Endo PMO SharePoint site. 
  • Support ad-hoc requests and projects when necessary. 

 

What we are looking for: 

Minimum Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years proven work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst or similar.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information. 
  • Proficient at developing and deploying dashboards to collect data-backed insights. 
  • Strong Microsoft Excel user, comfortable with VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, and plug-ins. 
  • Excellent with Microsoft tools (Office 365 Suite, Power Platform). 
  • Moderate experience in SharePoint Design knowledge  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry. 
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Power Apps. 
  • Experience using Power BI software & visualization tools.
