About the Role:
The Sales Experience Strategist develops digital communication strategies to drive commercial objectives by delivering the right content and solutions to the right sales rep and customer at the right time for proven value. The Sales Experience Strategist owns the comprehensive strategy, leading digital activation projects and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales enablement channels.
The Strategist works in close collaboration with key stakeholders in our commercial organization and is a subject matter expert, consulting with all stakeholders to ensure sales enablement programs provide a seamless end-to-end experience that meets the business needs.
Qualified candidates have proven experience in sales processes, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs, nurture programs, and social selling that drive business results among sales representatives and healthcare providers (HCPs). Success is measured by the overall business impact of the solutions and consistent, positive cross-functional collaboration. This role reports to the Group Marketing Manager (GMM), Sales Experience.
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Be a proactive, strategic partner that demonstrates value for the field selling organization.
- Develop the optimal global sales experience strategy aligned to the commercial digital strategy that drives successful sales & marketing results.
- Establish the content and channel strategy across platforms like Showpad, Salesforce, Endo247 and social media.
- Own planning, execution and measurement of sales enablement programs that align direct to customer marketing with the sales experience.
- Drive CRM strategy by leveraging customer data to effectively identify and partner with sales to target key audience segments.
- Act as Product Owner of our sales enablement technology, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve measurement, governance, process, productivity, and performance.
- Work with commercial IT and IT Architects to implement functionality for sales reps to ensure they have the right content at the right time to be successful.
- Identify opportunities to capture and provide customer insights to the field sales organization
- Develop mechanisms to receive feedback from the field on content quality, content gaps, trends, rising needs to ensure a proactive strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Sales Ops, Sales Training, integrated marketing communications, Analytics, UX/Design, MarTech, IT and others as needed to ensure a seamless end to end customer experience.
- Communicate the sales experience strategy, priorities and KPIs to stakeholders and partners regularly including Education, Sales Training and Product Management.
- Build a trusted relationship with sales reps at all levels and in all channels and regions and consistently gather feedback on content and channels to accelerate, develop or improve.
- Design and deliver ongoing onboarding and marketing training programs for sales in collaboration with Sales Training and Commercial Enablement/Change Management.
- Maintain sales excellence software including ensuring messaging, content and solutions are easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant global digital strategy experience.
- Candidate must have strong CRM and digital marketing acumen and a proven track record of developing sales enablement programs.
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing tools (Marketing Cloud).
- Ability to prioritize effectively as a member of a regionally diverse team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building and collaboration skills with the proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in delivering communications and content to a field-based organization. Project management skills are essential.
- Working knowledge/understanding of content delivery systems (e.g. Seismic, Showpad, Pardot or others).
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.
- Travel up to 30% depending on requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field.
- Experience in digital marketing in healthcare, particularly in sales enablement for HCPs and Patients.
- Copywriting, editing and light design skills.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
