Sales Operations Analyst II, Urology

 

The Sales Operations Analyst, II role will support sales and marketing leadership by providing key reporting and analytics to drive strategic business decisions.  As an integral member of the Commercial Analytics team, this position builds, analyzes, and reports on complex data models around sales analytics, including quotas and external market data. The position will support additional highly visible routine reporting delivered to sales and marketing to inform business trends. Interaction with various internal teams includes finance, sales programs, compensation and supply chain. Requires proficiency and ownership of unstructured data, experience using BI platforms, and strong business acumen.  

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide strategic influential business partnering to both sales and marketing management.
  • Create, join, and manage complex data sets into comprehensive data visualization platform (e.g. Tableau, BI tools, Excel, etc.)
  • Manipulate, and analyze big data from multiple sources.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions while applying appropriate methodology, measurements, tools, and quantitative techniques in projects.
  • Partner with field sales managers on standard and ad hoc reporting.
  • Generate business insight from performance and forecast metrics and communicate sales results and key trends to leadership.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the Urology Division including Sales Programs, Finance and Supply Chain

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word
  • Individual should be able to build long lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the sales and BSC organization
  • Detail oriented but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. 
  • Individual should be able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
