About the role:

The Business Analyst will apply her/his understanding of (SFDC) to support the creation & execution of solutions within SFDC to further improve sales performance within a fast growing, cutting edge medical device Sales and Marketing organization. Analytics will be used to determine adoption and business value of the solution and suggest areas for improvement. This role will act as an analyst for the Peripheral Interventions division. You will be supporting solutions for 1300+ users across field sales, marketing, and operations.
Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide field sales support of the SFDC system specific to the business unit. 
  • Drive adoption and utilization of the SFDC system.
  • Create custom reports and support custom data requests.
  • Support a national field team on new features, data quality, and new integrations. 
  • Test new feature development as part of a scrum/agile development team.
  • Document solutions to help create training guides, support users, and provide business continuity. 
  • Work closely with IT team to test and approve system releases within an agile style release cycle. 
  • Collaborate on a scrum team consisting of technical leads, developers, and scrum master, and product owner working within a larger division backlog. 
  • Make recommendations to management to improve processes and support for the sales force. 

What we’re looking for in you: 
Minimum Qualifications 

  • BS/BA Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of business operations improvement experience 
  • Minimum 1 year of or related Customer Relationship Management software user experience 
  • Strong data analysis skills; able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions (Tableau, Salesforce Reports, Einstein Analytics experience a plus) 
  • Agile Experience 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • MBA
  • Business operations improvement experience in IT or sales 
  • Reporting: Expert skills in Excel and other analytics tools such as Tableau or Einstein Analytics 
  • Salesforce Admin Certification(s) 
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in order to positively impact business performance 
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution 
  • Outstanding communications skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization.
