About the role:
The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations role is primarily focused on ongoing market assessment, financial analysis and effective communication to the Investor Relations team, senior management, and business partners across company franchises. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset with strong analytical skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilize external research reports to synthesize and communicate weekly Boston Scientific and market sentiment
- Subject matter expertise on relevant peers, overall MedTech industry and general market.
- Partner across the finance organization (Corporate FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and others as necessary) to ensure timely, accurate and completeness of financial information and general business results for compilation into earnings conference calls, investor conference presentations, responses to investor questions and responses to other requests for information.
- Synthesize competitive and market intelligence to the Investor Relations team and senior management.
- Track and analyze market consensus and distribute to senior management
- Manage and maintain Investor Relations website, including updating content as necessary
- Provide ad hoc analysis and information to support Investor Relations, various business units and Senior Management requests.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in finance
- Must be detail oriented with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working in a complex, highly matrixed organization the demonstrated ability to simplify that matrix for reporting and analytical purposes.
