About the role:

The Senior Business Process Analyst (BPA) will support the Global Labeling Systems organization and our internal business partners. This individual will support the development and deployment of labeling postponement systems – i.e., systems and processes that add country-specific labeling requirements to the point of shipment or receipt within a distribution network. In this role, the BPA will focus primarily on software system capabilities that will reside in SAP. Activities will center around software configuration, development, and testing for the labeling production system activities driven by SAP and the functions that connect to SAP warehousing processes. The BPA plays an essential role in maintaining existing capabilities within BSC’s current SAP environment and supporting the redevelopment of the labeling postponement solutions as the company transitions to SAP S/4 HANA. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with internal business units and warehouse operations to capture and document process requirements related to labeling production systems and SAP warehousing activities
  • Support IT architects and SAP functional analyst in the design of software solutions and supporting functionality
  • Support the IT organization in managing software validation deliverables
  • Lead/support test planning and testing activities for each software release
  • Prepare system data and configurations for team testing activities
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business partners, IT, and warehousing operations
  • Support local teams in the development (or updates) of procedures that reflect new software functionality (or changes)
  • Lead/support the deployment and stabilization of software solutions that are transitioned into warehouse operations.


What we are looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in a warehousing, distribution, or supply chain related role
  • Experience working with SAP logistics and warehousing is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working within software validation processes
  • Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
  • Experience working in labeling operations is a plus
  • The ability to work with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Analytic mindset and comfortable with data analysis
  • Excited by technology and passionate about process improvement
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet timelines
  • Organized, thorough and attentive to details
  • Adaptable to changing situations and priorities
  • Collaborative and a strong communicator
