Join our global Finance team as a Finance Business Analyst – ERP Transformation, where you'll play a key role serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams to support Finance system transformation.
 
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Represent Finance business users within the Agile ERP team, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate user requirements into well-defined business user stories and clear “Who, What, Why” acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional Magellan Workstreams, Strategic Integration Vendors, BSC Business Process Leads (BPLs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Communities of 
  • Practice, and IT Solution Architects/COEs to drive best practices across Finance processes and applications.
  • Partner with the Training team and Site Super Users/BPLs/SMEs to develop and implement training plans that enhance application knowledge across the Finance organization.
  • Support change management initiatives by helping finance users adapt to new processes and technologies during ERP deployment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team and foster a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and learning.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of specialized professional experience in analytical or related roles.
  • Experience in product costing and inventory accounting.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and other core financial applications.
  • Understanding of key finance and accounting business processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated high degree of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to execution.
  • Proven adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to transfer pricing and global finance operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical device or regulated industry.
  • Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies, design thinking, and lean rituals.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
