About the role:

The Senior FP&A Analyst, reporting to the Associate Director of Credit & Collection, is a key member of the Credit & Collections team responsible for leading complex financial analysis and research initiatives. This role provides technical expertise and leads rigorous financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The Senior FP&A Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and provides reporting, planning, and analytical support to GBS management. Strong communication, collaboration, and change management skills are essential, along with significant experience in order-to-cash processes.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work on complex financial and statistical analysis to support business initiatives and operations.
  • Maintain a broad range of standard financial, operational, and statistical reports.
  • Evaluate operational and financial systems or procedures, recommending new or revised methods and controls.
  • Update operational reports and presentations, including analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage and complete special projects and analytic research, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and information to Corporate and/or Division Finance, Treasury, and other groups.
  • Work on automation of OTC processes with AI, RPA, and other tools in coordination with the GBS Automation team.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance required.
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience in an international company with a global footprint.
  • Excellent financial acumen to develop business cases supporting new or improved service proposals.
  • Executive presence, communication, and influence skills to develop compelling value propositions and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table, Macros, etc.), and advanced PowerPoint creation skills.
  • Experience with ERP technology, including SAP, is advantageous.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues related to process, technology, strategy, or people.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
  • Promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
