About the role:

In line with our mission to transform lives through innovative solutions, Boston Scientific Global Endoscopy will become the world leader in improving patient care by providing flexible endoscopy solutions for GI and airway disease.   We are actively recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to drive and execute the Human Capital Strategy for the Global Endoscopy commercial organization.  The successful leader will partner with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to deliver a focused talent strategy and organizational development service to drive high performance within commercial groups.

 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to assigned client groups and participate as an active senior leadership team member.
  • Coach and consult with leadership on succession planning, talent development, performance management, change management, organizational transformation, organizational development,  employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.
  • Drive transformation activitives that ensure an agile and high performing commercial structure that enables business growth.
  • Proactively determine talent and capability needs as part of strategic and forecast planning processes, support the business in the development of key talent and organizational capabilities.
  • Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with client group leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organization.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive an inclusive, values-based and engaged culture.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to self-development by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance the HR Organization brand by driving an innovative and agile culture and exploring opportunities to add value.
  • Drive a high performance culture with an emphasis on coaching and ongoing development. 

 

What we're looking for: 

Basic Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of HR Business Partner/Talent Management experience with strong organization capability development and change management experience
  • Progressively more senior experience working in a large, matrixed global environment with the ability to effectively manage the complexity of supporting both a commercial business and global HR strategy
  • Knowledge and experience consulting with and influencing senior leaders as a trusted advisor, providing input on a range of business related challenges and issues
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable solutions and programs
  • Adaptability of style and ability to work with partners at all levels of the organization
  • Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism, poise and respect
  • Strong global acumen to collaborate across boundaries
  • Willingness to progress their career with a high degree of learning agility Ability to work autonomously and lead large scale projects in fast paced matrix organizations
