You will play a key role in shaping the GHQ FinOps’ BI and Analytics strategy, expanding reporting automation, strengthening adoption, and ensuring our solutions scale across divisions and regions as a center of excellence for the enterprise. This role will report to the Associate Director, Global HQ FinOps.

  • Define, manage, and communicate the Data, BI, and AI roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Shape and execute the GHQ FinOps data strategy, ensuring Snowflake data assets enable scalable, accurate, and consistent reporting across the enterprise.

  • Drive innovation in reporting—advancing automation, visualization, and analytical capabilities through modern Analytics and BI technologies.
  • Partner with IT, Corporate Functions Analytics and Finance Technology teams to strengthen data integration, pipeline reliability, and metadata governance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on financial data, reporting design, visualization best practices, analytics opportunities, and emerging AI capabilities.

  • Collaborate with Finance Forward and functional/regional BI delivery teams to drive global alignment on finance data assets and reporting strategy.
  • Partner with GHQ FinOps leadership on user adoption initiatives, including training, communications, and retirement of legacy reporting.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for data quality, report usage, refresh timeliness, and pipeline stability to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining reporting processes and ensuring compliance with governance and internal controls.
