About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to work at the intersection global HR, project management, HR operations, communications and change management to help drive initiatives. The Sr Manager, HR PMO will enable BSC to execute on our strategy, HR transformation, technical user experience, M&A integration and enhance the implementation of agile project management capabilities.    You will drive multiple projects across HR ensuring sustainability and alignment within a global HR model, while advocating regionally for best practices, compliance standards and innovation. This individual will bring project management discipline and help to architect a global counsel that brings together the HR resources globally.  This includes partnering with the global HR team, external vendors and business partners to actively bring recommendations and innovation to improve service delivery and performance into our day to day and long-term operations. 


Your responsibilities include: 

  • Works with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations and Regional Project managers to identify business initiatives and prioritize initiatives to support profitable and sustainable growth. 
  • Drive Project Portfolio through HR PMO using agile concepts, including being the project manager for major HR Center of Excellence Initiatives.
  • Facilitate agile design development and operationalization of major COE project or program deliverables.  Provide agile consultation when needed.
  • Works with team to develop project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and leads cross-functional project team comprised of project managers, functional experts and local managers; Manages team progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables; Provides updates to senior HR leadership and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings.
  • Develops recommendations: Develops and delivers project recommendations to senior HR management and all stakeholders; including any changes in strategy or implementation strategy.
  • Manages implementation of projects: Develops implementation plan outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and leads implementation team including local representatives; Works with functional team members to ensure that all supporting infrastructure including program guidelines, processes, training programs, organizational structure and new roles are developed and communicated.
  • Global HR PMO for M&A; team will coordinate with M&A teams related to timing, technology and integration into BSC.
  • Direct management of project analyst and project managers. 
  • Travel 15-20% of the time


What we're looking for: 

Basic Qualifications

  • Eight plus years of Program Management, including 3+ years of people management.  Agile Program Management preferred.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on measurement outcomes
  • Experience working across geographies and in a highly matrixed organization 
  • Self-starter with demonstrable ability to perform well with high degree of accuracy and comfortable ambiguity.
  • Experience with HR Program Management preferred
  • Excellent project management and process optimization methodologies
  • Strong facilitation, influencing, and behavioral change management skills including conflict resolution
  • Ability to build strong relationships within recruiting, people leadership and other partners outside the TA team.
  • Strong change management and communication planning skills
  • Proven success using data to drive decision and trends
  • Experience with Success Factors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field required.  Master’s degree a plus.
