About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Downstream Marketing to lead downstream integration and commercialization for eCoin, a newly acquired product in the OAB/UUI space. This role will own product messaging, market development, adoption strategy, and commercial execution to build momentum for the business today while laying the foundation for long-term growth.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of commercial acumen, clinical understanding, portfolio management discipline, and executional excellence. This individual will partner closely with KOLs, field teams, and cross-functional partners to translate insights into compelling tools, programs, and evidence-based messaging that accelerate adoption across prioritized accounts.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead downstream integration and commercialization strategy for eCoin, including messaging, positioning, segmentation, targeting, and adoption planning.
- Develop and execute customer engagement and market development strategies to support adoption of innovative OAB/UUI solutions.
- Partner with KOLs and field teams to gather insights, document outcomes, and translate learnings into marketing, training, and sales enablement materials.
- Manage commercial performance by tracking key metrics such as revenue, utilization, share, and margin, and develop data-driven recommendations to address business opportunities.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable downstream execution plans, tools, programs, and campaigns that support field engagement and account-level adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Training, Medical Education, Clinical, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HEMA to deliver aligned market execution.
- Forecast demand and guide commercialization pacing to align supply, resource allocation, and performance targets.
- Apply strong portfolio management discipline to expand the performance and long-term value of the newly acquired product.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of progressive product marketing experience in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of successful commercialization and product launches in the medical device industry.
- Global downstream marketing experience, including product management, sales engagement, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Strong business acumen with experience analyzing commercial performance metrics and translating insights into action.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including key society meetings, customer engagements, and field rides.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep product marketing experience.
- Clinical understanding of OAB procedures, treatment pathways, and customer value drivers.
- Experience working with KOLs and field teams to shape adoption and market development.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and innovation.
- Advanced degree, such as an MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience supporting newly acquired or integrated products within a broader portfolio.
