About the role:
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner and consultant to our business leadership teams, developing and driving talent acquisition initiatives that align with our business goals and cultural values. Your role will be pivotal in attracting top talent, enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience, and ensuring we deliver a streamlined and inclusive hiring experience. You will also focus on coaching and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance and OFCCP Compliance/Data Integrity.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

Strategic Partnership:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across dynamic and highly matrixed businesses and functional areas to understand their evolving talent needs, develop, and deliver strategic guidance on talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on succession planning, talent reviews, and assessments to understand talent gaps and future talent need and strategize accordingly to deliver talent pipelines
  • Consultative and Data Driven Approach inclusive of AI
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in talent acquisition to inform decision-making
  • Leverage AI, data and analytics to provide strategic expertise by monitoring and staying abreast of competitive landscape, industry trends, best practices, legal developments, benchmark comparisons, functions as subject matter expert on all business unit recruitment activities

 

Talent Acquisition Program Enhancement and Innovation:

  • Utilize metrics and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed decisions.
  • Integrate recruiting processes/practices that highlight and focus on enhancing the candidate experience 
  • Define and monitor overall talent acquisition team and performance expectations focusing on create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire the best talent in the competitive talent sector
  • Lead continuous improvement of talent acquisition programs and processes within the Center of Excellence

 

Coaching & Mentorship: 

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. 
  • Provide guidance on recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, and interview techniques.
  • Mentor and coach team members on best practices for navigating and leading through change, fostering a resilient and proactive talent acquisition team.

 

Leading through Change: 

  • Act as a change leader by effectively communicating the vision and purpose of changes in talent acquisition processes, fostering a culture of adaptability among team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and refine talent acquisition workflows and systems to improve efficiency and candidate experience, embracing new technologies and methodologies as needed.

 

Cultural Champion with a focus on D,E&I: 

  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in all aspects of the talent selection process, including training for hiring managers, interview process consistency and candidate experience, leading to measurable improvement in the availability and selection of diverse candidates
  • Partner with HR and diversity teams to support inclusion initiatives and promote a diverse workforce.

 
What we’re looking for in you:
 
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with experience in a fast-paced and dynamic recruiting environment
  • 4+ years’ experience managing, mentoring and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals including monitoring performance through use of data, metrics, process improvement and strategy execution
  • Experience using and driving adoption of multiple AI technologies
  • Detailed experience driving multiple talent attraction strategies and TA programs development and execution (ex: executive recruitment, surge sourcing strategies)
  • Proven track record of successful achieving talent acquisition-related business results and successes in a fast-paced, matrixed and dynamic environment.
  • Strong consultative skills with a demonstrated history of engaging team members and stakeholders to influence business outcomes with members of the recruiting and HR organization 
  • Analytical Mindset--Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging data and technology to enhance recruitment processes. Using Data to tell stories and drive decisions
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of OFCCP and other employment related legal requirements 

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition experience in a medical device, med-tech, or healthcare industry 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative & innovative approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing talent.
  • Strength in innovative solutioning and challenging status quo
  • Ability to reimagine a talent acquisition organization of the future with a demonstrated history of driving effective change management within a large organization
  • Ability to demonstrate agility and flexibility adapting to changing business needs
