About the role:
The Shipping & Logistics Analyst is a critical, high-visibility role responsible for overseeing daily logistics while driving process improvements and providing data transparency within the EndoProduct function. This role supports internal and external stakeholders cross-divisionally, collaborates on cross-functional projects, and provides measurable insights that may guide business decisions and training support.

Your responsibilities will include:
Project Management & Analytical Responsibilities
- Lead analytics and reporting on operational metrics including:
- Order, product, and return volumes
- Scrap rates vs. Quincy-sourced product
- High-demand cost centers and total product cost analysis
- Use data to inform staffing needs and operational decision-making
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings across processes and product usage within the EndoProduct landscape
Team Leadership & Communication
- Lead daily scrum and delegate clear objectives and tasks amongst team and support execution of responsibilities
- Manage the EndoProduct Mailbox, ensuring timely and professional correspondence
- Travel to and act as on-site lead for major events including:
- National Sales Meeting (NSM)
- National Training Conference (NTC)
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Training teams on special shipping projects, ensuring realistic timelines, support needed, and verify materials are delivered accurately and on time
- Continuously partner with the Quincy Distribution Center to collect scrap and NFHU (Not For Human Use) products for non-clinical use cases like training and education programs
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Shipping & Logistics Operations
- Transact, transport, and pick up materials in and out of assigned areas
- Ensure materials for shipment are packaged according to standards
- Maintain accurate paperwork and perform computer-based inventory transactions
- Handle all receiving documentation and ensure records are complete
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or distribution, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Keen understanding of logistics software and applications (CORE, IDT)
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and solution-focused
