About the role:
Seeking a high-energy Senior Global Mobility Manager within Global Total Rewards to provide leadership and drive the end-to-end mobility services for an expanding portfolio of US Domestic & International assignments and relocations. This role will be a key stakeholder in BSC’s Mobility strategy and will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure BSC’s Global Mobility programs are aligned with overall Business and HR Strategy. Responsibilities include ongoing refinement of program design, oversight of key initiatives, and management of outsourced vendors.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement the design and execution of global mobility strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and compliance with local regulations across different regions. In close collaboration with senior leaders in the business and HR, develop mobility strategies and alignment to the overall talent strategy.
- Program Management: Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, including relocation, immigration, tax, and compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as relocation providers, immigration firms, and tax consultants.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the mobility team by encouraging open communication, building strong relationships, supporting professional development, promoting teamwork, creating a positive work environment, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
- Compliance and Advisory: Provide advice and counsel on expatriate policy, tax policy, employee cross-border movement. Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in collaboration with external legal counsel or immigration specialists.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding global mobility policies, processes, and requirements. Conduct briefings and trainings on global mobility policies, processes, and cultural considerations. Work closely with internal departments such as Payroll, Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable, Travel to ensure seamless execution of global mobility programs.
- Repatriation and Career Development: Provide guidance and support for repatriation processes and career development for employees returning from international assignments.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business discipline and/or 10+ years of equivalent experience as a subject matter expert in delivering and managing domestic and international assignments and immigration.
- Knowledge of international tax, immigration, and employment laws.
- Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills, problem solver, and empathetic communication style.
- Ability to lead/oversee assessment and analysis of complex issues and think outside the box proactively, strategically, and analytically.
- Organized and team player, ability to work under pressure with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage the Global Mobility programs.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
