About the role: 
Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Product Manager for its eCommerce platform and product/program initiatives.  This is a highly visible and strategic role that will support the delivery of this rapidly expanding domain.  This role is responsible for helping support, expand, and enhance a new enterprise-wide eCommerce solution on SAP Commerce Cloud.  In addition, they will manage the products vendor relationships, contracts, and budget.  The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, project management, problem-solving skills, a proven track record of success, and a desire to win. 

 

 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Partners cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and 3rd party partner(s).
  • Develops and owns project plans, timelines, budget, roles/responsibilities, communication plan, and other project management processes and documents.
  • Manages product demand, prioritization and manages product governance.
  • Manages plan, implementation and delivery of projects and product releases 
  • Determines and manages tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Monitoring progress and performance, helping development team to make improvements.
  • Directs the work of employees assigned to the project (from technical and business partners) to build a high performing team.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team.
  • Manages and coordinates all IT workstreams and activities associated with the program (ERP, integration, analytics, SFDC, etc.).
  • Provides updates to management and stakeholders of progress through frequent communication that aligns with program communication plan and ongoing needs.
  • Participates in external project management organizations, conferences and seminars to keep current with industry best practices in project management by joining professional associations and implementing a professional development plan with focus on project management.

 

What we're looking for: 

Required Qualifications

  • BS Degree
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Experience working in large and complex enterprise project environments
  • Proven experience working in a regulated environment with quality systems which includes strong documentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand and communicate technical information to an audience of varying skill levels
  • Strong organizational skills, experience leading large development teams and strategic initiatives
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable
  • Analytical approach to problem solving and project management
  • Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS degree 
  • Experience within the SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP, and SFDC technical ecosystem 
  • Experience with eCommerce 
  • PMP, PMI, or PMBOK certification
  • Scrum Master certification
