About the role:

The Sr Business Process Analyst will be a member of the Human Resources Technology team, responsible for providing analyst and technical services to our HR stakeholders. This individual will be analyzing and documenting processes, redesigning processes if needed, developing solutions, while also maintaining all solutions in production. 

This analyst will be working with different platforms and applications, such as Automation Anywhere, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and MS Power Platform. This role will be primarily focused on developing automations within Automation Anywhere and configuring services within the ServiceNow platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with process owners to gather requirements and design automated solutions. 
• Develop the technical solutions based on business customer’s requirements, while adhering to the COE’s design best practices
• Work with the customer to properly test and document results
• Maintain and support existing solutions and documentation in production, implement all necessary changes in a controlled manner
• Communicate development updates to COE and the customer on a regular basis
• Prepares communications so that all stakeholders understand process changes – including ensuring all aspects of change management are in place to accept solution   
• Help unit test and peer review other developer’s solutions
• Communicate with broader platform ownership regarding platform / technical issues and help resolve those issues
• Performs other assigned tasks
• Estimates the effort to complete tasks using traditional and agile techniques such as story pointing 

Required Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 
• 3+ years professional experience
• 1+ year of development experience using RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism)
• Expertise in workflow-based logic, the ability to understand and document a business process, design a technical solution, and develop the solution using various technologies
• Background in troubleshooting/problem solving techniques and tools
• Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation
• Ability to influence across a complex work environment including global processes 

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Automation Anywhere A360 Experience
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Experience with Human Resource operations and processes.
