About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Group Manager, Digital Experience to lead our digital experience team. This role involves overseeing the strategy, development, and execution of digital initiatives across our digital experience platforms (web, customer online training, etc) that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a combination of leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of digital trends.
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Project Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of our online experiences, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Customer Experience: Enhance user experience by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize digital touchpoints and interactions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and medical education, to ensure cohesive digital strategies.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives and continuously improve performance.

Technology Integration: Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends, integrating them into the company's digital ecosystem to deliver a connected experience.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital experience budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing or digital experience roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.

Proven track record of managing large-scale digital projects and teams.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital product management and customer journey mapping.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Experience working in similar role in healthcare (Pharma, MedTech) organizations.

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI and machine learning technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.

Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics.

Proficiency in CMS and LMS solutions (AEM, ALM or similar tools).
