About the role: 
The Sr Project Lead will be responsible for harmonization initiatives pertaining to evidence-generation for clinical evaluation (and other related areas) and driving the implementation of solutions to ensure compliance through effective, efficient, and sustainable processes. This is a technical position with project-specific strategic responsibilities.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of real-world data (RWD) sources to guide internal stakeholders on appropriate data sources to use for addressing key business questions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of clinical evaluation best practices and regulatory agencies’ guidelines on clinical evaluation requirements, and implementation of new QS requirements.
  • May lead the development of procedures and/or process improvement initiatives. 
  • Create a scientifically robust framework for Evidence Generation using relationships and global networks across the enterprise ensuring integration in the product lifecycle thereby enabling sharing of knowledge, best practices, and solutions that can be leveraged across teams.
  • Directs the activities of projects, as needed. Develop project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles, and resources.

 

Required qualifications: 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research /clinical evaluations/clinical evidence.

 

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with international regulatory requirements and knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 14155, ISO 14971, MedDev 2.7.1 rev 4, EU MDR, applicable MDCG).
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and project management skills and experience with related tools (Microsoft Project).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally clearly and effectively and in technical or scientific writing, clear and concise writing style.
  • Effective organizational, communication, and project team skills; high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Respond resourcefully, flexibly, and positively when faced with new challenges, transitions, and demands to stay solution focused. Willingly and effectively deal with the stress, complexities and ambiguities of various situations. Move forward productively and optimistically under conditions of change and uncertainty.
