About the role:
The Technology Enablement Manager drives the delivery and execution of AI and digital technology programs within Corporate Accounts and across the organization. This role focuses on enabling the adoption of innovative technologies, managing the implementation of AI and digital tools, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position emphasizes program delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable outcomes over technical development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Program Leadership and Delivery

Lead the delivery of strategic technology and AI programs, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business priorities.

Develop and manage program roadmaps, key deliverables, and milestones, ensuring clear expectations and timelines.

Coordinate cross-functional programs, working closely with Corporate IT, Pricing & Contracting, and divisional teams to drive effective implementation.
AI and Technology Enablement

Enable the adoption of AI tools and platforms by collaborating with the Enterprise AI team and promoting responsible AI practices.

Ensure that AI programs align with organizational goals, focusing on scalable, reusable solutions.

Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
Change Management and Stakeholder Collaboration

Drive consistency in technology adoption and change management across Corporate Accounts and other business units.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables.

Build relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure successful program execution.
Progress Measurement and Reporting

Define success metrics and KPIs for AI and digital initiatives, tracking progress and reporting outcomes.

Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate program performance and impact to leadership and stakeholders.

Present program updates, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Technology Integration and Optimization

Support the integration and optimization of tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM platforms to enhance efficiency.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective deployment of tools like the Deal Engine to streamline operations.

Identify opportunities for improving processes and workflows through the adoption of new technologies.
Business Analysis and Insights

Conduct business analyses to prioritize technology initiatives based on strategic value and organizational impact.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AI and technology programs.

Stay informed about trends and best practices in AI and technology enablement to inform future initiatives.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing technology programs, with exposure to AI or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale programs from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience managing technology or AI-related programs.
- Familiarity with AI platform development, including MLOps, AI governance, or toolset scaling.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, medical devices).
- Strong knowledge of AI use cases and digital tools, such as natural language processing, predictive analytics, or workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic goals.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
