About the role:

Ignite your career with Boston Scientific’s Medical Device Leadership Development Program (MDLDP) - where innovation meets impact. In this 18-24-month, high-intensity rotation through our key departments of Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Sales Training, Professional Education, and Field Selling you’ll build the skills, network, and clinical expertise to launch and grow your career in our Endoscopy sales organization as a Territory Support Representative. If you’re a high performer driven to advance medical technology, improve patient lives, and lead in one of the fastest-moving sectors of healthcare, this is where your journey begins.

 

Corporate rotation located in Marlborough, MA (12 months), Field Selling rotation anywhere in US (6-12 Months).

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver expert clinical support in GI/OR settings, serving as the go‑to for high‑stakes Endoscopy procedures.
  • Conduct dynamic in‑services, product demos, and physician education to elevate brand understanding and procedural adoption.
  • Drive cross‑functional projects—from Marketing to Commercial Strategy to Education—coordinating internal and external stakeholders seamlessly.
  • Support new‑technology introductions and product trials, aligning teams and ensuring smooth launch execution.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clinicians, nurses, supply chain, and leadership, including Directors and Regional executives.
  • Maintain clinical and product mastery through daily learning, then translate knowledge into confident clinical and strategic conversations.
  • Participate in regional leadership forums and trade shows, contributing content, logistics know-how, and real-time field insights.
  • Synthesize inputs from internal stakeholders to create clear project plans, timelines, and communications, ensuring alignment from concept to field execution.
  • Analyze account and territory data to surface opportunities, forecast impact, and recommend actions; maintain crisp CRM and reporting.
  • Relocate/travel as assigned to high-priority markets; manage time and communication ruthlessly to meet deliverables in a fast-moving environment.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Pursing a bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • Expected graduation in spring/summer 2026
  • Internship experience in Boston Scientific Endoscopy
  • Willingness and ability to relocate within the U.S. and travel up to 80%

Initial minimum compensation for this position is anticipated to start at $50,000.00 inclusive of annualized base salary, certain guarantees, and other non-discretionary performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business considerations or organizational needs.
