About the role:

The Therapy Support Specialist plays an important role in ensuring superior patient efficacy and satisfaction with Axonics Therapies. The TSS interacts with patients to provide technical and product expertise. The Therapy Support Specialist will work in collaboration with Territory Managers (TMs) and Clinical Specialists (CSs). The TSS role is to proactively communicate directly with patients to assess the patient’s current efficacy and satisfaction with the Axonics therapy. They will serve as a resource for patient support for issues relating to therapy, efficacy and satisfaction.  The TSS will solve problems related to efficacy and satisfaction by using their product knowledge.

 

Your responsibilities will include

  • Establishes, develops, and maintains positive customer patient relationships
  • Expedites the resolution of patient problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Responds to all patient and field communications in a timely basis
  • Works in collaboration with Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to improve Axonics Patient efficacy and satisfaction  
  • Documents all communication using Axonics web-based Patient Care Management System (PCM)
  • Completes 30 to 50 Patient communications per working day 
  • Completes all assigned training to the level needed to conduct the job
  • Supports the development of team strategy to align and achieve key customer business objectives
  • Anticipates, identifies, and implements ways to increase customer satisfaction.

 

What we're looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Medical training such as RN, LPN, MA, CMA or Paramedic
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 2 Years of Clinical experience in patient care environment
  • 2 Years prior experience as a Therapy Support Specialist
  • Clinical experience as a Medical Assistant, LPN, Certified Medical Assistant, Paramedic or RN.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Urology patient care experience and/or patient interaction experience preferred
  • Urology patient care experience and/or patient interaction experience preferred
  • Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills. Detail orientation
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
  • Willing to travel for initial and future job training 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record

The intended salary range for this position is $71,000-$81,000 and also includes a 10% discretionary annual bonus

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
