<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The position of Clinical Specialist, Rhythm Management, provides clinical and technical support for a range of Cardiac Rhythm Management products within NSW.  This support is required during implants, patient clinics, for technical trouble-shooting and other general assistance to the sales team & their customers.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This role is responsible for supporting the Newcastle/Central Coast NSW region and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager - RM - NSW.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Provide superior day-to-day field clinical support, which includes patient interactions of patient education, programming of Boston devices and patient follow up, plus technical/application and education support, site management and coordination.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build strong relationships with existing customers<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> to understand their needs as well as identify potential new business opportunities in the assigned state.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Successfully complete formal <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">CRM training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Understand and identify your customer needs in your state including practices and policies as well as identifying any competitor activities.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Participate and provide assistance in relevant tender process.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Completion of relevant administration including reporting, stock validations and management as well as database management and latitude remote monitoring support.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To be available to support the broader ANZ <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">CRM business on an as-needs basis
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.
