We're looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join our Regional People Services team, supporting employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand while contributing to broader People Services initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
As a trusted HR operations partner, you'll deliver exceptional employee experiences across the employee lifecycle, providing responsive, compliant and customer-focused support. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Payroll and business leaders, you'll help ensure our people processes are efficient, consistent and aligned with organisational and legislative requirements.

What you’ll do:
🔹 Coach people leaders on managing performance, conduct, team dynamics and employee lifecycle concerns, helping them identify root causes and build stronger people management capability.
🔹 Support the management of employee cases from initial enquiry through to resolution, including information gathering, stakeholder collaboration, documentation and recommending appropriate outcomes.
🔹 Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders to deliver aligned and effective people solutions.
🔹 Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation and audit requirements.
🔹 Support the implementation of regional and global HR initiatives, programs and process improvements across ANZ and the wider APAC region.
🔹 Use insights from employee cases, trends and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen knowledge resources and enhance manager capability.
🔹 Support the coordination and administration of workers' compensation matters, partnering with employees, leaders and external providers to facilitate appropriate case management and promote employee wellbeing and safety.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for collaborative HR professional who enjoys solving problems, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service:
🔹 Significant experience in HR Operations, People Services or Human Resources, ideally within a regional or multinational organisation.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, with exposure to New Zealand employment practices considered an advantage.
🔹 Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
🔹 Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
🔹 A continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying opportunities to enhance processes and employee experience.
🔹 Confidence working across HR systems and technology, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
