<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Core objective of this role is to support the Peripheral Interventions division in achieving sales targets, goals and objectives of the division: to aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The territory this role is responsible for is NSW Metro South.

WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
     
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives.
    <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Successfully complete divisional training programs, apply these skills in the field and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with the broader Peripheral Interventions team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC’s Peripheral Interventions business.
    <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
    <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
    <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Commercial experience with demonstrated achievement of success.
     
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Prior experience with Peripheral Interventions products is desirable but not essential.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.
