<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The position of Territory Manager, Rhythm Management (RM) will support the business in achieving sales targets, goals and objectives of the division; to aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes. It is essential that the successful applicant have existing pacing experience. Electrophysiology (EP) experience is desirable but not essential.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This role will be based in Cairns and responsible for the Far North Queensland region.  The role reports directly into the Regional Sales Manager - RM, QLD.

WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Build strong relationships with existing customers, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Successfully completing formal Rhythm Management training program, apply these skills in the field and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Providing clinical support including: patient interaction and education, device programming, patient follow up, technical and education support, site management and coordination.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with the broader Rhythm Management team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Have sound business knowledge of territory, identifying competitor activities, participate and manage appropriate tender agreements and customer policies and practices. Completing market analysis and regular reporting as required.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Completion of relevant administration including reporting, stock validations and management as well as database management.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC's Rhythm Management business.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Attending meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To be available to support the broader ANZ RM business on an as-needs basis.
