In this dynamic, patient-centered role, you will serve as a key clinical and commercial contributor, supporting our technologies through hands-on education, sales support and expert clinical guidance. You will support a defined territory, collaborating closely with hospitals and health care providers to help deliver high-quality patient outcomes and support the adoption of innovative CRM solutions.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

This role follows a field-based work model, with the employee working primarily at customer and clinical sites in the Memphis, TN area. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary clinical expert during device implants, patient follow-ups, device programming and troubleshooting.
• Delivering effective education and training to health care professionals on product use and clinical benefits.
• Attending procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with physicians, nurses and key hospital staff to foster trust and engagement.
• Addressing customer needs efficiently and collaborating cross-functionally to support patient and clinician satisfaction.
• Managing product inventory in accordance with company guidelines to help ensure product readiness and availability.
• Participating in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule to support patients and clinicians, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• 0-2 years’ professional work experience.
• Background in medical device sales, clinical education or clinical research.
• Ability and willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in an electrophysiology (EP) lab, cardiac device clinic or cardiac catheterization lab.
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability, with a record of achieving objectives independently and in team-based environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex therapies and technologies to diverse clinical audiences.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation, patient care and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $70,000.00 to $90,000.00, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
