Business Analyst Intern, Rhythm Management

About the Role:
The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, having to work in close collaboration with several functional and divisional stakeholders at European and local level.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Provide trainings, communications, and change management within the organization on processes and tools. 
• End user support for end users of Salesforce applications (ServiceMax, Sales Cloud, Tableau).
• Manage and further develop the CRM system (Salesforce, ServiceMax).
• Create and update training materials (training guides and videos).
• Create and update dashboards and reports to support management of business strategies and analytics.
• Partner with all Business Intelligence, Sales Effectiveness and Master Data Management teams to provide business and process requirements for new systems or system enhancements.

 
What are we looking for in you?

• A person with a positive attitude that brings enthusiasm, energy and passion for excellence.
• For the work in an international team you definitely have business fluent English skills, Ideally a 2nd European language as Spanish, French, Italian or German.
• Master’s degree in Economics/Statistics/Life Sciences or related fields.
• Ideally, you already have strong Microsoft-Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
• Proactivity.
• Analytical/statistical skills.
• You have strong communication skills and team-oriented way of working.
• You are able to work independently and stay focused during busy periods.
