Commercial Insights Lead - Interventional Cardiology - EMEA
Location: Europe Main Hubs (Milan, Paris, London, Dusseldorf, Madrid, Warsaw)
Purpose Statement
The Commercial Insights Lead, Interventional Cardiology EMEA drives insight generation, commercial performance understanding and partners with divisional leadership on strategic decision-making across the region. The role designs and orchestrates the insights journey at divisional level, leads divisional reporting and performance reviews, develops pricing insights and market intelligence, and partners with key internal stakeholders to elevate Customer & Commercial Excellence through AI implementation within the function.
Key Responsibilities
Insights, Analytics & Reporting
• Lead the Insights journey design & development for the full division, ensuring meaningful insight generation, activation and adoption
• Coordinate Divisional reporting and analytics, providing structured visibility on commercial performance, untapped opportunities and key action items
• Closely partner with divisional Sales & Marketing Directors to drive the EMEA performance review process (Quarterly Business Reviews, Strategic Business Reviews)
• Partner with EMEA Marketing teams to drive market intelligence and market research initiatives
Pricing
• Partner with EMEA Marketing teams to build up pricing strategy for our product and service portfolio, matching both commercial and financial divisional ambitions
• Create pricing schemes and policies for key franchises based on product life cycle and divisional portfolio synergies
• Identify key pricing market trends and competitive evolution, partnering with Sales & Marketing leaders to set future-proof pricing strategy for divisional franchises
• Be the divisional point of contact for design and implementation of key pricing capabilities (e.g. Revenue Management System, Recommended Price)
AI & Customer and Commercial Excellence Enablement
• Act as AI lead for use cases addressing divisional C&CE (Customer & Commercial Excellence) activities, including identification, evaluation, design and implementation
• Support the enhancement of divisional decision-making through advanced analytics and scalable data-driven solutions, in partnership with Commercial IT organization
Experience Requirements
• 5-10 years in Commercial Excellence, Commercial Insights, Business Analytics, or Sales/Marketing Strategy, ideally in MedTech/Healthcare.
• Proven experience supporting EMEA commercial organizations and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance
• Track record developing commercial insights, reporting, and performance reviews
• Experience in pricing strategy and analytics, including pricing policies, competitive analysis, and product/portfolio pricing
• Exposure to AI use cases within commercial functions and collaboration with IT/Data teams.
• Experience with BI, CRM, and pricing/revenue systems
Knowledge Requirements
• Advanced marketing knowledge and understanding
• Advanced pricing knowledge (4-5 years experience)
• Preferred deep knowledge of HealthCare sector
• Deep knowledge of quantitative approaches to the business, excelling at generating insights through analytics
• Knowledge of pricing capabilities and pricing governance
• Understanding of AI-driven decision support models and scalable data-driven solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English, second EU language preferred
