About the Role:

 

Responsible for digital learning integration and contributing to a comprehensive training strategy to strengthen legacy and new employees that aligns with our business objectives.  Primary focus will be tailored programmes implementation through digital channels, while assessing impact on employee competencies and performance.  Will collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company.

 

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Learning & Development Manager, will work closely with the digital learning (LMS development) project lead. Assess and report training programme effectiveness and maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices to ensure the organisation’s training are aligned with business goals and employee development needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Onboard new hires and graduates with foundational training in ALM
    • Map out and design the learning experience along with training teams based on the learning objectives and ensure that source content has a positive learning impact on the audience.
    • Collaborate with training teams and allocate pre and post training programmes
    • Monitor and report progress of training and clinical case reports towards certification / accreditation
    • Calendar management for programme
  • Material content for learning & development:
    • Follow instructional design principles and andragogical framework to maintain and update existing digital material; pre, peri and post training
    • Develop product, therapy, clinical and commercial training content based on business updates, market conditions and clinical updates
    • Collaborate with the training teams to ensure the training content is relevant and competitive content is up to date
    • Manage legal and regulatory (L&R) approval for training materials
    • Conduct pre-launch testing of all digital assets for seamless launch
  • Adoption and champion of new technologies to improve learner outcome

 

Knowledge, Skills & Ability Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional English).
  • Strong organizational and executional skills
  • PowerPoint, Excel and Word proficiency required; new technologies highly valued
  • Proficiency in digital learning tools, including Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), SmartWinnr, SharePoint, Articulate 360 (Storyline/RISE), with visual instructional design and UX design experience advantageous
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Capable to work autonomously and in remote environment
  • Good collaborative skills, team player and ability to build relationships
  • Creative problem solver, self-starter and self-motivated attitude
  • Eager to learn, teach and innovate
