About the role

 

As a Customer Care Intern, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Customer Care Team, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. You will gain hands-on experience with SAP and learn how the company operations work. This is your chance to make a real impact while developing valuable skills for your future career. Your Responsibilities Will Be

 

  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate input in SAP and resolving any issues.
  • Monitor deliveries to guarantee smooth and timely shipment to customers.
  • Manage open orders by handling backorders, blocks, and returns, ensuring seamless service
  • Issue and verify invoices in electronic format, resolving anomalies to maintain compliance.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers and assist the Sales Team, ensuring all internal and external requests are met.
  • Handle complaints professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for improved customer experience.
  • Support the team with insightful reports, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

 

What We Are Looking For In You

 

  • Current bachelor’s or master’s student (2024/2025) in Business, Health or related fields.
  • Native Italian, B2+ in English
  • Proficient in Excel, with SAP knowledge as a plus (SAP4HANA nice to have)
  • Skilled in using advanced IT tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and handle complaints effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Thrives under pressure and adapts to new tasks with ease.
  • Focused on customer satisfaction and process improvement.

Location: in our Milan, Italy offices on a hybrid work mode schedule.
