About the role
Customer Excellence Intern will work closely with our Customer Care Team in providing the best service to serve our patients. The candidate will use SAP on daily basis to perform different tasks to fulfill orders and queries from our stakeholders. Customer Excellence Intern’s role is a vital part of our international collaboration.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Handling customer orders process with possible input into SAP and/or resolution of issues related within the working day.
- Monitoring the goods delivery process to the customer and all possible issues.
- Management of all the issue related to the open orders - Backorders, Blocks and Customer returns.
- Issuing and checking invoices in electronic format with possible resolution of anomalies.
- Customers Support and assistance to the sales Team to ensure full satisfaction of all external and internal requests.
- Complaints management.
- Support to the Team Supervisor and colleagues with Report and Analysis.
What We Are Looking For In You
- Current bachelor’s or master’s student (2024/2025) in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Native Italian, B2+ in English
- Proficient in Excel, with SAP knowledge as a plus (SAP4HANA nice to have)
- Skilled in using advanced IT tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and handle complaints effectively.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Thrives under pressure and adapts to new tasks with ease.
- Focused on customer satisfaction and process improvement.
