About the Role:
EDUCARE Proctor Bureau (EPB) is a department within Medical Education, dedicated to support Health Care Professional training for new advanced technologies. The core objective of this team is to organize the proctor activities to ensure a smooth execution of a train the trainer program where a Physician expert is used as a consultant to train a Physician in training, in compliance with European and local rules and regulations.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
(60%) Support the organization the proctoring activity:
- Plan and Perform Proctoring activity & travel logistics with Boston Scientific Therapy Representatives, Travel Agency & other partners.
- Manage the proctoring days request across Europe, Middle east, Africa as well as managing the proctor’s availability agenda.
- Contribute to accelerating the exit of doctors in training, in compliance with regulatory rules.
(30%) Support in management a pool of proctors:
- Establish Healthcare Professionals contracts and administrative documentation according to internal rules and regulations.
- Follow up on proctors’ invoices with supporting documentation and in accordance with internal compliance rules.
- Ensure logistics and communication when organizing meetings/sessions involving proctors.
- Prepare monthly KPI reporting.
(10%) Follow up on HCP certification in eCare Platform:
- Update Physicians information in eCare platform.
- Collect and report any discrepancies, bugs in eCare.
What Are We Looking For In You:
- Graduated in a Bachelor or Master-Degree in Communication, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in Medical Device Industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English (B2+)
- Process development and optimization mindset
- Good knowledge and confidence in Office package
- Customer facing experience with the ability to remain calm under pressure in dealing with issues in a professional manner
- Professionalism and experience in communication with high level stakeholder both through mail than through calls
- Team player
