About the Role

The role of this internship is to help advance the EMEA Endoscopy team on adopting the existing Salesforce.com (SFDC) in its usage of the platform. This role will cover dashboards creation to support the management of business strategies and analytics. Manage and further develop the CRM system (Salesforce), user support and training needs for the business. The person is expected to interact and communicate with other departments and roles: Marketing, Service, IT, Sales and Manager/Executive to ensure these objectives are successfully covered.

Key Deliverables in 12-Month Contract

 

  1.  Internal training to the EMEA field force and coaching. Facilitate quality training to increase usage and user’s knowledge of the platform.
  2. Report management. Design, create and make available standard reports and dashboards for SalesRep and  Managers. Some of these reports will need to be generated on demand and others by own initiative.
  3. Ensure data quality and quantity. Make that the content data in SFDC has a high degree of quality, is reliable and consistent. Proactively set data quality KPIs, set expectations and put in place contra measures if need it

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Internal training and coaching. Responsible for maintaining training content updated.  Facilitate quality training to increase usage and user’s knowledge of the platform.
  • Platform improvement. Help to improve the tool by formally submit ideas for new features and functions via user stories that are feedback via the sales team. These ideas should be collected within our division users. This person will work with the divisional lead and cloud specialist in building the users stories required for improvements. Help in Portfolio management
  • Management Reports. Design, create and make available standard reports and dashboards for SalesRep and Managers. Some of these reports will need to be generated on demand and others by own initiative.
  • Data Quality (quality). Make that the content data in SFDC has a high degree of quality, is reliable and consistent. Proactively set data quality KPIs, set expectations and put in place contra measures if need it (when the quality of the data does not reach the standards required).
  • Interact with daily sales business. As per the 1.1 coachings and training.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional English).

  • Be able to lead projects with deliverables, deadlines and key milestones.
  • Be able to lead technical discussions with stakeholders and internal teams.
