About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Financial Analyst Intern to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, willing to dive into real business activities, and excited about developing strong financial and analytical skills.
You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing directly to accounting, reporting, and financial analysis activities. This is not an observational internship—you will have hands-on responsibilities that help shape business insights and support strategic decisions. Reporting directly to the Italy Principal Financial Analyst, you will be involved in daily operations and exposed to a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Reporting

•    Dive into data: collect, analyze, and consolidate insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
•    Create impact through reporting: prepare clear, meaningful reports for local management, transforming numbers into actionable insights.
•    Drive financial performance: conduct variance analysis and support forecasting and budgeting activities, gaining experience typical of a Junior Analyst role.
Rebate / Bonus Administration
•    Maintain rebate/bonus databases and generate key business metrics, payment trends, and performance indicators for Sales and field teams.
•    Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of rebates/bonus in line with contractual agreements.
•    Support the Manager in identifying and resolving discrepancies, working with Sales representatives to clarify details.
•    Compile and analyze data to support National Account activities and prepare monthly or ad hoc reports for Sales and field management.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (2026)
•    Fluency in Italian and English (B2)
•    Strong Excel skills
•    Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for working in a multinational environment
•    Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
•    Good communication skills and team oriented mindset
•    Genuine passion for finance and continuous learning

What We Offer

•    12 month paid internship
•    Exposure to an international and dynamic environment
•    Supportive and inspiring colleagues
•    A collaborative, team-oriented culture
•    Opportunities to make an impact from day one
•    A fast growing and innovative workplace
•    Potential international development opportunities
