For our Italian IT division, we are looking for an Administrator – IT (f/m) to join our local team onsite in Milan.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • The analysis and resolution of all IT (support) issues in the Milan sales office. This also includes supporting our sales team and home workers remotely with any IT troubles they may encounter.
  • You will support the standard built computer image containing BSC approved software, log service requests and handle break/fix where and when needed. We also want you to take care of mobile phones, iPads and keep track of IT assets in our asset management system. 
  • We expect you to support large meetings with our internal customers as well as external clients from a technology point of view. The AudioVideo (AV)-equipment needs to be checked, supported and be in perfect condition at all times. It’s ok to lack detailed AV skills and/or knowledge at start, this will develop into a skill as time progresses.
  • Being able to teach your customers how to use our IT equipment in general is a big plus.

  • Handy also that you are in the possession of an analytical, creative and problem-solving mindset, you quickly get to the heart of the problem and just fix it. 


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, big data or equivalent
  • Italian native, good English speaking and writing skills
  • 2+ years work experience supporting end users in a corporate- and remote environment
  • Customer focused and a flexible posture 
  • Excellent Windows 10 knowledge
  • Excellent Office 365 and Outlook knowledge in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills (training, presentations, learning)
  • Extensive experience in (remote) troubleshooting
  • Experience in supporting (large) meeting rooms setup and use of AV-technology like, Zoom, Webex, Teams, etc. is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technology knowledge.
