EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence, Our Mission and Statement:

We create and maintain EMEA Pricing Policy, we build process and solutions to support its execution and to monitor divisional pricing Strategies. We share best practices across the organization, we drive price awareness across the organization, and we aim to be the go-to team for any pricing topic within it.

We support EMEA organization in complying with achieving pricing plan execution by partnering with the business, assessing pricing needs, proposing and developing pricing solutions.

Our Mission is to support the business in formulating prices which reflect our products and services value while allowing us to gain an edge over our competitors. 


About the Role:

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing pricing strategies and processes within our organization. You'll be the go-to expert, collaborating with various teams to drive pricing performance and margin optimization while ensuring compliance with policies. Your insights and recommendations will shape our pricing decisions, contributing directly to our company's success.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

Pricing Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Support and enhance current pricing processes and tools, driving performance improvements.
  • Serve as the primary source of knowledge on pricing matters, offering insights and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute innovative ideas to refine existing processes and tools, fostering continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement pricing solutions aligned with business needs.

Business Support:

  • Support divisions on new product launches and acquisitions specifically related to integration in pricing CoE process and tools.
  • Support Business in business model changes (indirect to direct business model) related to pricing CoE process and tool coordination.
  • Share pricing best practices across the organization and ensure solutions already present in the organization are fully leveraged.
  • Train and support business partners and pricing team on the use of pricing infrastructures.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to address pricing challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and utilize analytics and dashboards for data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Promote the use of pricing analytics, fostering a culture of informed decision-making.


What are we looking for in you:

  • 3+ years of experience in Pricing and/or Analytical roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and divisions.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Brings Innovative ideas: Generates new ideas, methods, processes, and solutions.
  • Contribute to environment of mutual trust, respect, and collaboration within the team; sharing relevant information within team and developing new ways of working to improve team performance.
  • Technical experience in the following:
    • Good business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel required.
    • Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus.
    • Sales cloud knowledge is a plus.
