About the Role

 

As a core member of the Process & Program Team for our Rhythm Management division, the candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support in developing and improving tools and processes to support Sales and Marketing teams in driving efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for a candidate to join our company for at least 1 year, on a hybrid work mode schedule in our Italian headquarters in Milan.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

  • Interact with sales (management) in EMEA to have a good understanding of the business processes and how these are supported by Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, eDetail).
  • Support specific countries in EMEA in the adoption of digital tools.
  • Support with analytics and activities the main Sales Cloud projects in RM division.
  • Create and update dashboards and reports to support decision-making management of business strategies and analytics.
  • Collaborate with our omnichannel team on marketing activities and support with ad hoc business analysis.
  • Confidence in delivering communication/ presentations / training to variety of stakeholders.

What Are We Looking For In You:

 

  • Bachelors or Master´s Degree in management, economics, business administration, engineering, or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar roles within structured environment would be a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (C1). Any other European language (Spanish, French, or German) is plus.
  • You are characterized by an analytic mindset and proactively seeking guidance if required.
  • You have a growth mindset and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
  • Excellence knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management system (ideally Salesforce) is a plus.
  • You have strong communication skills and team-oriented way of working.
